We strive to process and ship out items as quickly as possible. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping Service Used, and Tracking or Insurance
For Greeting Cards: We ship out your items within 2 - 3 business days via Canada Post letter mail which DOES NOT include tracking nor insurance. If you need tracking and insurance, please kindly let us know and we can provide you with shipping upgrade options.
For Original Artworks: the most suitable shipping service, with tracking and insurance options based on location and timeline will be discussed and used.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We work hard to create pieces you would love and do our best to have the closest image representation as possible, but image colours do vary from one computer screen to another, and each print run may have slight differences. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We would gladly accept returns and exchanges if the item(s) is not as you expected. Please:
- Contact us HERE within 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Commissions, custom or personalized orders
- Items on Sale
Conditions of Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. Please also include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipping back to us.
