Your Personal Information
When
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or promotion, sign up for our mailing list or respond to a survey or communication such as an email.

What
We may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information (Stripe and PayPal will be handling the payment details) or other information when you place an order. You may, however, visit this site anonymously. We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can ship out the product. The data of your gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes. We use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to the website. How & Why
We may use the information collected from you in the following ways: 
- Deliver your purchase to you–we can't ship your order without your name and address
- Send you service notifications by email, such as order updates–so you know the status of your order and when your package is on its way
- Send you information and promotional or special event materials by email–to keep you up to date. We only send this with your explicit consent to join our mailing list. You can opt-in or opt-out any time
- Take payment, and issue refunds–to quickly process your transaction
- Provide customer service and support–after all, you deserve the best service from us
- Finding out what you, and other customers like–to personalize your website experience and to make sure we're giving you the best type of content and product suggestions or offers
- Administer a contest, promotion, survey or other website feature–we need a way to share whether you’re a winner.

We will only contact you for queries or information about your account and/or your orders and we won't add your name to our mailing list. (It's HERE though–if you would like to opt in and subscribe we would be delighted).

If you do choose to subscribe to our mailing list, the information that you provide on the sign-up form will only be used to be in touch with you and to provide updates and our own marketing. We do not do marketing for anyone else.

Protecting Your Information
We want to keep your personal information safe. That’s why your personal information is contained behind secured networks. This means all personal information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted.

We use secure third-party gateways (Stripe and PayPal) for payments. We don't store any credit card details on our site.

Your information may be shared for specific purposes with the following data processors: Squarespace, Google Analytics, Stripe, PayPal, Gmail, Apple (iCloud), and the postal services we use.

Keeping Your Information
We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you have your account, or as long as is needed to be able to provide the services to you, or in the case of any contact you may have with us for as long as is necessary to provide support, for reporting and trend analysis.  

Cookies
We use cookies on our website. For instance, our service providers use cookies to remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They're also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics to assist us in better understanding site visitors. These service providers are only permitted to use the information collected on our behalf to help us conduct and improve our business. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won't have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of the services will not function properly.

Our website/store is built using Squarespace. Their privacy policy HERE. In general, this third-party provider will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to sell our products and services to you. You can see the details of the information collected and used by third party providers in the table above. However, all third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read their privacy statements to understand how they use the information we are required to provide to them. 

We may also include third party links on the website. When you click on these links, they will direct you away from this website. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies, so we have no responsibility or liability for the content and privacy practices of other sites.

Opt-out, Remove or Modify Information You Have Provided
No longer loving our emails? Click on the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any email to one-click unsubscribe. If you place an order, need a password reset or create an account we'll still email you so you know where it's at. To delete all of your online account information from the database, sign into the "My Account" section of the website and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about individual sales transactions in order to service that transaction and for record keeping about past orders.

Changes to This Notice
We may change this page from time to time, to reflect how we process your data. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you on this page or by some other means of contact such as email, so that you can review the changes before you continue to use of our site.
